Brian A. Midthus, LUTCF | Agent/Investment Advisor Representative with Transamerica Financial Advisors, Inc.

Brian Midthus was born and raised in Cresco, IA. He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Finance in May of 2000. After graduation he started his insurance and investment career with Life Investors Financial Group where he became the National Rookie of the Year in 2001. In 2008 he joined CIA Insurance where he specializes in life and health insurance as well as financial planning. Brian is the past president of the Northeast Iowa National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He currently serves on the Cresco Chamber of Commerce board of directors and is active with Notre Dame Parish.

Brian is married to his wife, Michelle, who teaches 4th grade at Crestwood Elementary. They have a daughter, Mackenzie, who was born in January of 2009. The family pet is a cocker spaniel named Kinnick. Brian enjoys golfing, fishing, attending sporting events, and family outings.
